Our factory will be officially closed the following times during the holiday period:
30/12. 31/12, 2017 and 01/01,2018.(For New year holiday).
From 15th, February to 21th, February, 2018( For Chinese New year holiday).
Our support team will still answer emails through the Holidays, however, please be patient as our response time may be a little slower than usual.
Meanwhile, our thermal jumbo rolls supplier stopped production from 10/12/17 due to local construction which makes thermal paper shortage more serious, so your future orders will needs more production time than before, please keep in mind and leave enough time to us for your future orders, thanks.
