Q:  How can I get a samples?

A: For plain paper rolls, forms or labels, we can finish in 1-2 working days, for pre-printed samples, we need one week to finish.

Q:  How about the samples cost?

A: Plain samples are free, pre-printed we normally charge 50-100$ based on the complexity of your artwork.

Q:  How about Courier Cost?

Courier cost is collected, please supply your express A/C No.(DHL, TNT, ARMEX, UPS, FEDEX etc), or pay courier cost to us by west untion, T/T etc. we will refund courier cost to you once you confirm our samples and place the order(order volume need to be above 10,000$), thanks.

Q:  What format file you need for printed samples?

A:  Freehand, AI, CDR, PDF format file can work to make plate, if you have no artwork, please tell us your ideas, we have professional designing team to make artwork for you.

Q: How do I place an order?

A:  After you confirmed our paper quality, you can place order to us, our payment terms is 30% deposit, the rest based on faxed BL.

Q: If I meet quality problem of your products, how will you do?

A:  As to quality problem, we will give proper compensation to customers, we can refund cost or make replacement. But at first we must make sure the quality of all paper rolls that we shipped, we have strict QC team in factory.
